Celia Flye, Senior Philanthropy Manager

Celia Flye joined PLC in 2019, bringing with her 20+ years of nonprofit administration, fundraising and board development in Greater Washington, DC. During her tenure with PLC, Celia has grown the agency’s government, foundation, corporate and individual fundraising, helped to ensure several new/renewed service contracts, and heightened brand awareness. With a bachelor’s degree in theatre, she continues to regularly enjoy live music and theatre, while also volunteering for several local nonprofits.
