Charles Evans, Chief Operating Officer

Charles J. Evans is a graduate of James Madison University (BA in marketing) and George Mason University (MPA in Nonprofit Management). He is also a certified professional coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He has been with PLC for nearly 7 years in the Washington DC Regional Director and Chief Operating Officer positions. He is responsible for the oversight of programs in the DC region as well the day-to-day operations across the agency.
