Jacqueline Rhone is currently an Associate Director in the Prince George’s County, Maryland, Department of Family Services in the Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking Division. The division is responsible to provide the coordination of access to services to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking in the County. Her career includes service as a supervisor in the County’s Health Department, Budget Manager in the Office of the Sheriff, Chief Administrative Officer for the State’s Attorney’s Office and Deputy Director for the Department of Social Services. Jacqueline has over 30 years’ experience in Administrative Management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Administrative Management. She recently received the Certified Public Manager’s (CPM) designation from George Washington University and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments.

Jacqueline is the 2016 Gladys Noon Spellman, Public Service Award recipient. Appointed in 2016 by Governor Hogan to the Neshante and Chloe Davis Domestic Violence Prevention Task Force. She currently serves on the Maryland Domestic Violence Fatality Review State Implementation Team (MDDVFRSIT).  She served on the Board of Directors with the United Way of the National Capital Area. Other leadership roles held are with the Leadership Prince George’s Alumni Association, Prince George’s County Commission for Women and is an Advisory Board Member with Our Pride & Joy Magazine. She is a member of Mu Alpha Mu Christian Sorority (MAM). She and has served with her church on several missionaries and volunteers with the youth. She loves to give back to her community and serving others. Jacqueline is a lifelong resident of Prince George’s County. She is the proud mother to one daughter.
