Family Connections is a family-focused program that seeks to provide trauma-responsive approach to service delivery.  We use “Best Practice Models of Care” to enhance and support families and to reduce stressors and behaviors that often destabilize families.  The Family Connections Program goals are as follows:

1. Provide emotional support to families
2. Help develop a sense of independence
3. Encourage family unity
4. Beneficial Impact which reflects that:
   Families will not have a subsequent child protective service investigation with a finding of “indicated” for child abuse or neglect during the period of service provision
5. Customer Satisfaction with a  85% satisfaction rate for all enrolled families as determined by the Customer Satisfaction Surveys completed by the family
