Applications for mini-grants are now being accepted. PLC Gives Mini-Grants are available to help you fulfill some of the unmet needs of those you serve.  

Before submitting  your request, we suggest that each region discusses and prioritizes needs as a regional team, perhaps during a staff meeting. 

Applications will be reviewed by the PLC Gives Grant Committee, which is comprised of PLC employees who donated to the campaign. Email info@plcntu.org to join the committee. 

After discussing and prioritizing needs within your regional team, please complete this form to request a mini-grant of up to $500 to fulfill the unmet need of an individual, family or group of people you serve at PLC. Note that each region may request more than one mini-grant, but keep in mind that funds are limited, so try to keep your total regional request around $500. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and a decision will be made within 2-weeks of application. If your request is approved, funds will be made available immediately.
