Thank you for completing the PLC Gives payroll deduction form. There’s just one more step. After we processed your information, typically within 1-2 business days, we will send you an email asking that you confirm your information.
Once your pledge has been fulfilled through payroll deduction, we will send an acknowledgement letter for your records. If you have selected ongoing deductions, you will receive an annual acknowledgement in January for the previous year’s giving.
