Reginald G. Daniel is CEO of Audio Video Solutions, a world-class design and installation company servicing residential and commercial clients as well as local and Federal government agencies. He is the founder and former CEO of Scientific and Engineering Solutions, Inc. (SES), a leading provider of Information Technology solutions to the U.S. government (both civil and intelligence agencies).

Under Mr. Daniel’s leadership from 1996 to 2003, SES experienced 35% growth on average per year and won over $200 million in contracts. Mr. Daniel is also the author of “Living Your Life Backward,” an insightful and practical guide to managing your career, life and finances.

Mr. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and earned an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland. In 2004, the Maryland Technology Council of Prince George’s County Chapter named Mr. Daniel Entrepreneur of the Year. He was recognized as the 2001 Entrepreneur of the Year by the National Black Chamber of Commerce and Ernest & Young named him the 2001 IT Consulting Services Entrepreneur of the Year for Maryland.
