Dr. Amos Wilson to Dr. Maria Hamilton Abegunde: Our Children; Epigenetically Transmission From Spiritual Wounding to Healing

This workshop will explore the his-her/storical trajectory of womb violence projected onto descendants of the kidnapping and enslavement of the African Ancestors from the Maafa to Philadelphia. In this anthropological return to the ‘point of origin’ across time and space we will locate cultural tools such as African Centered methodology, memory, and ritual for healing through lineage.
