The Progressive Life Center, Inc. Ribbon Cutting ceremony marking the opening and commencement of operations of the York County office. The event was attended by major community stakeholders, including the Mayor, Council Members, reps for the Office of Children, Youth & Families, Media, local vendors and several other community folk.
